Opening a Support Ticket

We want our users to have a great experience when using our site. If you need help with a product you have purchased, we encourage you to first contact the seller directly using the contact form on their store page. We do not provide any product support.

If your issue could not be resolved by the seller and you wish to request a refund, you may open a support ticket. Please refer to our Terms of Service for our refund policy.

Opening A Support Ticket

  1. Make sure you are logged in to your account.
  2. From the main menu click on My Account > Support > Submit A Ticket.
  3. If you need support with a specific product, select the product from the dropdown.
  4. Fill out the details of your issue and click Submit.

You may also open a ticket from your My Purchases page by clicking Get Help next to the product you need assistance with.
